Refund policy

Once you have gone through the orientation and consultation process over the phone, which helps us determine the correct application and supporting documents that are needed for your particular certified license, you will receive a personalized email (WELCOME EMAIL) listing the needed information and vital business guidance and trade requirements; your application will be started immediately, and personal and business credits requested within 24 hours; at this point, no requests for refunds will be approved. Refunds that are requested immediately after purchase (before the orientation, consultation begin, credits are ordered, and before the "WELCOME EMAIL" is sent out) will be honored.
