(FRO) FINANCIAL RESPONSIBLE OFFICER APPLICATION ASSISTANCE

Elite Management Capital provides administrative support for the preparation and submission of a Financially Responsible Officer (FRO) application with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). This service includes preparing the required application, reviewing supporting documentation, coordinating submission, and providing application status updates. The service fee includes the applicable DBPR filing and processing fees.

Important Notice: A credit report for the proposed Financially Responsible Officer is required to complete the application. In addition, applicants must obtain a Financially Responsible Officer surety bond as required by DBPR. The annual bond premium is determined by the issuing surety company based on the applicant's credit profile and is typically between $500 and $2,000 per year. Elite Management Capital is not an insurance or surety agency and does not issue or sell bonds. Bond costs are separate from our service fee.
